Contract Details

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted electronically via email by the deadline. Evaluation will follow a Best Value Continuum Tradeoff Process, considering technical factors, past performance, and price. Offerors must submit a minimum of one Firm-Fixed-Price offer, including all Federal, State, and Local taxes. Offers providing less than 60 calendar days for Government acceptance will be rejected.
A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for May 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM MST at the Bandelier National Monument Visitor Center. RSVP is required by May 7, 2026, 1:00 PM MST. Offerors are strongly urged to inspect the site.
