Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted electronically via email to Christy_webster@ios.doi.gov. Submissions should be in two parts: a non-price section (organized by Technical Acceptability) and a price section. Non-price submittals include product data sheets, installation procedures, shop drawings, and signed/sealed structural calculations. Price submittals require a completed Standard Form 1449 and price schedule. Offers will be evaluated based on Technical Acceptability and Price, with the award going to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government.
