Scope of Work
This opportunity requires the replacement of an existing UPS system with a new, fully functional unit to ensure continuous power to critical loads, improve system reliability and efficiency, and ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards. The scope includes:
- Pre-Installation: Site assessment, load analysis, electrical infrastructure review, and development of an installation and cutover plan.
- Equipment Procurement: Supply of specific brand-name items including a 250KVA UPS Module, a Transformer Cabinet, and four Battery Cabinets from AGSI Systems LLC. All items must be new.
- Installation: Safe shutdown and decommissioning of the existing UPS, removal/disposal of old equipment, integration with existing power distribution units (PDUs), and installation of monitoring interfaces.
- Testing & Commissioning: Initial system startup, functional testing (normal, battery, bypass modes), load testing (if required), and verification of alarms and monitoring systems. This includes one on-site 5x8 startup, instruction of operational personnel, and warranty validation.
- Cutover & Transition: Execution of planned cutover and validation of uninterrupted power.
- Documentation: Provision of an installation report.

- CLIN 0001: UPS MODULE, 250KVA, with internal bypass, top/bottom entry, online true double conversion (1 EA).

- CLIN 0003: BATTERY CABINET (1) STRING 390W, 400A BREAKER (4 EA). All items must be new and include a 2-year full warranty.
