Contract Details

Submission & Evaluation

- Phase 2: Presentation/Pitch (if applicable): Invited companies present their solution, including ROM price and IP details.
- Phase 3: Commercial Solution Proposal (CSP): Invited companies submit a detailed technical and price proposal. The CSO is continuously open until September 30, 2030, with the possibility of extension. Companies must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and be registered in SAM and PIEE to receive an award. All submissions must be unclassified.
Eligibility
