Contract Details
This is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm-fixed rates, comprising one base year and four option years. The base year's period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to June 31, 2027. The minimum order amount is 300.00 AZN, and the maximum order amount is 80,000.00 AZN. Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable due to the Embassy's tax-exempt status.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted electronically ONLY to BakuBidBox@state.gov by June 8, 2026, 18:00 Baku time. Submissions must be in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or PDF format, with individual file sizes not exceeding 25MB (larger submissions require multiple emails). Required documents include SF-1449, Section I (Pricing), Section 5 (Representations and Certifications), additional information as per Section 3, and proof of SAM registration. Offerors must be registered in SAM (https://www.sam.gov) prior to submission. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror, based on compliance review, technical acceptability (past performance and experience), price evaluation, and responsibility determination.
