Presolicitation Notice / Advertisement

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office space in Rapid City, South Dakota. This notice serves as an advertisement to solicit expressions of interest from potential lessors.

• Location: Rapid City, South Dakota, within the City Limits.

• Size: Minimum 7,717 Sq. Ft. (ABOA) to Maximum 7,949 Sq. Ft. (ABOA).

• Space Type: Office.

• Parking: 20 total parking spaces, all surface, with one space accommodating oversized vehicles (10' X 40').

• Lease Term: Full Term of 120 months, with a Firm Term of 60 months and two 5-year option terms.

• Standards: Space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability. A fully serviced lease is required.

• Floodplain: Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain.

• Telecommunications: Entities must familiarize themselves with Section 889 of the FY19 NDAA regarding telecommunications prohibitions.

• Expressions of Interest Due: February 17, 2026.

• Market Survey (Estimated): To Be Determined (TBD).

• Occupancy (Estimated): January 28, 2027.
