- Approximately 17,818 ABOA SF laboratory space, with at least 6,000 SF rated for a 5,000 lb concentrated load and an 8'3" clear ceiling height. This space must be within 300 feet of a freight elevator capable of moving 5000 lb crates.
- Approximately 11,600 ABOA SF multipurpose space, with 7,600 SF designed for unobstructed sightlines.
- Logistics: Loading dock facilities must accommodate a 48-foot semi-trailer and specific crate dimensions (50"W x 80"H x 96"L) for delivery to the large-part breakdown space (within 300 ft). The loading dock and large-part breakdown space must be within 300 feet of each other. Freight elevators and pathways must support laboratory equipment movement (50"W x 80"T x 50"L, 5000 lbs max) within 300 ft of the lab and loading dock.
