For telecommunications equipment, an OEM STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE is required, certifying compliance with Section 208 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2020. This statement must be provided by a U.S. company.
- Eligibility: Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Supply of products must be directly from the OEM, OEM authorized distributors, or OEM authorized distribution channels in the USA; foreign distributors or channels are not acceptable.
- Pricing: Quotations must be Firm-Fixed-Prices, F.O.B. Destination, net of shipping/handling charges, and valid until July 31, 2026.
Contract Details
The award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The resulting Purchase Order will incorporate standard SAA clauses and the Addendum to Commercial Agreements, which modifies typical commercial terms regarding indemnification, automatic renewals, audit rights, taxes, choice of law (Federal law governs), and dispute resolution. The SAA will not provide debriefings.
