Quick Summary
The U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWCS) is hosting a "SWCS Industry Day" on June 26, 2026, at the Fort Bragg Lt. Gen James M. Gavin Joint Innovation Outpost (JIOP). This Special Notice is for market research to identify commercial technologies that can modernize training for Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) in Information Advantage and Operations in the Information Environment (OIE). Responses are due May 15, 2026.
Purpose & Scope
USAJFKSWCS seeks to understand emerging solutions that bridge the gap between traditional training and complex, data-rich operational realities. The command has a critical need to conduct market research on current commercial technologies that support training for Information Advantage and Operations in the Information Environment (OIE). The goal is to create realistic ARSOF training environments, improve performance assessment, and accelerate learning and adaptation.
Capabilities of Interest
USAJFKSWCS is interested in novel commercial technologies across six key areas:
- Synthetic Training Environments (STE) / Scenario Development: Hyper-realistic Information Environment (IE) simulators for messaging and counter-botnet operations.
- Sensing the Operational Environment (OE): AI-driven psychographic mapping tools for Target Audience Analysis (TAA) using Publicly Available Information (PAI).
- Data-Driven Analysis & Course of Action (COA) Development: AI/ML-assisted platforms for complex data analysis, forecasting, and COA recommendations with transparent logic.
- Rapid Assessment / Cognitive Battle Damage Assessment (BDA): Algorithmic sentiment diffusion tracking and behavioral dashboards for informational campaigns.
- Agile Knowledge Management (KM): Edge-capable, low-bandwidth data ingestion nodes for tactical teams in disconnected environments.
- Data Extraction and Processing with non-ETL Technology: Ability to search and process vast amounts of data from disparate sources without data lakes or intermediary storage.
Submission Instructions
Interested contractors should submit a brief description (no more than 5 pages) addressing the technical capability questions for the areas of interest. Submissions must include company details (full name, address, Point of Contact, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), Cage Code, business size). Do not submit classified material. Proprietary data will be protected.
