USAJFKSWCS aims to understand emerging commercial solutions that can bridge the gap between traditional training and the complex, data-rich operational realities faced by Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF). The goal is to inform efforts to modernize training methodologies.
Capabilities of Interest
USAJFKSWCS seeks information on novel commercial technologies to achieve the following operational outcomes:
- Create a Realistic and Immersive ARSOF Training Environment
- Improve Performance Assessment for ARSOF tasks in the information environment
- Accelerate Learning and Adaptation through agile, updatable training platforms
Specific areas of interest include:
- Synthetic Training Environments (STE) / Scenario Development: Closed-loop, hyper-realistic IE simulators.
- Sensing the Operational Environment (OE): AI-driven psychographic mapping tools for Target Audience Analysis (TAA).
- Data-Driven Analysis & Course of Action (COA) Development: AI/ML-assisted platforms for complex data analysis and COA recommendations.
- Rapid Assessment / Cognitive Battle Damage Assessment (BDA): Algorithmic sentiment diffusion tracking and behavioral dashboards.
- Agile Knowledge Management (KM): Edge-capable, low-bandwidth data ingestion nodes for DIL environments.
- Data Extraction and Processing with non-ETL Technology: Solutions for searching and processing vast amounts of data from disparate sources without data lakes.
Submission Instructions
Interested contractors should provide:

Industry Day Event & Attendee Selection
The Industry Day will be held on June 26, 2026. Space is limited to 36 booth/presentation spaces. Attendees will be randomly drawn from vendors whose submitted capabilities meet the listed interests. Selected attendees will receive an invitation and security clearance verification request. Individual attendees must possess a SECRET level security clearance.
