- Technical Capabilities Volume: Maximum 5 single-spaced pages demonstrating ability to meet SOW requirements.
- Price Volume: Includes a completed pricing spreadsheet (Attachment 2) and any additional pricing details. Evaluation will be on a Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Technical Capability will be rated "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable," with "Unacceptable" leading to disqualification. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
