Scope of Work
The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for interior painting and surface repairs. The base scope includes spot priming, applying one finish coat of customer-approved Sherwin-Williams or PPG Paints Interior Eggshell Latex to walls, and semi-gloss paint to doors, frames, and columns. Surface repairs for cracks and holes, and removal of existing vinyl cove base are also required. The main office space for the base bid is approximately 11,500 sq ft.
Optional work includes:
- Option 1: Applying a second coat of finish paint to walls, door frames, metal window frames, and concrete columns.
- Option 2: Stenciling new markings on structural columns.
- Option 3: Installing vinyl wall coverings (labor only, customer provides materials).
- Option 4: Performing base specifications (painting, repairs) for the Command Center/Restricted Space, approximately 5,000 sq ft.
Work is to commence within 30 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and be completed within 30 calendar days. Excluded areas are two supply rooms and one locker room.

Key Requirements & Site Visit
Offerors are required to inspect the site to understand conditions affecting cost. Per FAR 52.236-1 and CFR 852.236-72, the contractor must perform at least 50% of the total on-site work with their own organization, submitting a statement of designated work with the schedule of costs.
