Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To paint the interior of occupied office spaces located at 1222 Spruce Street, Suite 7.103, St. Louis, MO 63103.

• General Requirements: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for interior painting.

• Commencement & Completion: Work to commence within 30 calendar days of notice to proceed and be completed within 30 calendar days.

• Wall Preparation and Painting: Spot prime drywall with heavy damage/marks. Apply one finish coat of Sherwin-Williams or PPG Paints Interior Eggshell Latex Paint (customer-approved color). Acceptable substitutes of equal quality may be provided with Contracting Officer approval.

• Doors, Frames, and Columns: Apply one finish coat of Sherwin-Williams or PPG Paints semi-gloss paint. Acceptable substitutes of equal quality may be provided with Contracting Officer approval.

• Surface Repairs: Repair all open cracks and holes prior to painting.

• Cove Base Removal: Remove existing vinyl cove base as needed and directed by the customer.

• All surfaces properly prepared and painted per specifications.

• No visible cracks, holes, or unpainted areas.

• Work area to be clean and free of debris.

• Customer approval of paint color and final work.

• Place: 1222 Spruce Street, Suite 7.103, St. Louis, MO 63103.

• Period: Work to commence within 30 days of notice to proceed and be completed within 30 days.

• Site Visit: Required prior to submitting a bid to assess the space and verify conditions.

• Option 3: Install vinyl wall coverings (up to 48 inches high), with coverings provided by the Customer (labor cost only).

• Option 4: Include specifications 1-3 for the Command Center/Restricted Space.

• Two (2) supply rooms.

• One (1) locker room on the south side of the office.

• Wall height is approximately 100 inches.

• Main office space to be painted (base bid): approximately 11,500 sq ft.

• Secured Command Center space (Option 4): approximately 5,000 sq ft.

• Floor plan enclosed.
