Scope of Work

The Statement of Work (SOW) details:

  • Inspect the entire asphalt shingle and rolled asphalt flat roofs, including penetrations and seams.
  • Assess overall roof condition and estimate remaining life expectancy.
  • Identify leaks, potential water intrusion points, and damage severity.
  • Prepare a detailed report for the CO and Technical POC.
  • Perform repairs on an identified 40 linear foot seam as part of the Base Award.
  • Perform additional repairs identified during inspection, upon CO authorization (Optional Award).
  • Furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, services, and supervision.
  • Obtain required permits and coordinate notifications.
  • Work must comply with USCG standards, OSHA, and relevant ASTM specifications.
  • Contractor must provide a contract manager, ensure personnel have proper identification, and develop a quality control plan and site-specific safety plan.
  • Any discovery of Asbestos-Containing Material (ACM) or Lead-Based Paint (LBP) requires immediate notification to the CO; no abatement is authorized.
  • All repairs shall include a standard industry warranty of no less than 12 months.
