Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking a contractor to perform a flooring replacement project at USCG Station Brunswick, Georgia. The goal is to remove old flooring and install new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring in select spaces.

• Removal and disposal of existing flooring (carpet, linoleum tile, laminate, etc.).

• Installation of new LVP flooring in specified spaces (detailed in Enclosure 1).

• Provision of LVP color and pattern samples for USCG selection.

• Installation of new cove base and baseboards.

• Sub-floor preparation to ensure a professional and durable installation.

• Provision of 10% attic stock of new flooring for future replacement.

• Coordination with the Onsite Representative and station personnel to minimize disruption.

• Flooring must be low-VOC, commercial grade, waterproof, and dimensionally stable.

• Flooring must have a wear layer of at least 30 mil and a commercial warranty of at least twenty years.
