Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, technical support, labor, travel, parts, tools, and test equipment. A qualified Tech Rep, familiar with Woodward 723+ electronic and EGB-13P mechanical governor controls, is required. Key tasks include:
- Advising on manufacturer's proprietary information.
- Assisting with proper repair methods and ensuring compliance with manufacturer's procedures and standards during calibration.
- Properly grooming both Woodward 723+ electronic governors to ensure operation, settings, load sharing, auto declutch functions, and alarm settings.
- Properly grooming both Woodward EGB-13P mechanical governors for operation, settings, and ball-head backup function.
- Calibrating governors in accordance with TP 3593 723+ Digital Control and TP 3518 Main Diesel Engine – Model 3608/1.
- Ensuring safe operation of all modes and handle positions through sea trials.
- Training Coast Guard Personnel on calibration procedures and setpoints.

Special Requirements
