  • Performance Standards: Cleaning is complete when all visible calcium carbonate deposits, solid deposits, and build-up are removed, and discharge water is free of scale. Leak tests are required post-reinstallation.
  • Planning & Personnel: Submission of a detailed cleaning plan for COTR approval at least 48 hours prior to operations. Personnel must be qualified and experienced in pressurized water systems and chemical handling.
