Statement of Work (SOW)

• Canvas Installation: Install new canvas awnings on the front and rear frames and securely re-tie them.

• Place of Performance: Onboard the Coast Guard Cutter William Flores, U.S. Coast Guard Base Miami Beach, 100 MacArthur Causeway, Miami Beach, FL 33139.

• Period of Performance: To be completed while the cutter is in port. Projected time to complete is 48 hours. Must be coordinated with the Point of Contact.

• Coordination: Coordinate all work with the designated Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to minimize interference.

• Work Schedule: Restricted to normal business hours (7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday). Work outside these hours requires at least 72 hours advance notice and COR approval. One-week advance notification is required before commencing on-site work.

• Site Access & Storage: COR will designate specific areas for material storage and contractor operations. Contractor will have limited access.

• Site Maintenance & Safety: Contractor is responsible for daily cleanup of the worksite, storage areas, and dumpsters. Measures must be taken to prevent dust and debris spread.
