Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and expertise for comprehensive annual and semi-annual inspections. Key services include:
- Annual Fire Alarm System Testing: Inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems in various buildings, ensuring compliance with NFPA 72, OSHA, and applicable codes.
- Annual Portable Fire Extinguisher Inspections: Inspection, maintenance, testing, recharging, and repair of all Government-owned portable fire extinguishers, compliant with NFPA 10, OSHA, and manufacturer specifications.
- Semi-Annual ANSUL Fire Suppression Inspections: Inspection, testing, and maintenance of ANSUL wet chemical fire suppression systems (vent hoods) in commercial cooking operations, compliant with NFPA 96, OSHA, and manufacturer specifications.
- 3-Year Smoke Detector Sensitivity Testing: Required sensitivity testing on all Government-owned smoke detectors, compliant with NFPA 72, OSHA, and manufacturer specifications.
Services are to be performed at the Cass Job Corps Center campus (21424 North Highway 23, Ozark Arkansas 72949) during normal duty hours (0800-1600 Monday through Friday), excluding Federal Holidays.
