- Restroom Cleaning: Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning mirrors, stocking government-provided supplies, and descaling toilets/urinals.
- Periodic Cleaning: Interior/exterior window cleaning twice annually (April, October) and cleaning refrigerators/ovens quarterly (January, April, July, October). Performance will be evaluated through inspections, with failure to meet specifications potentially leading to rework, decreased payment, or contract termination.
