• Pumping out and hauling waste from precast concrete vaults and septic tanks.

• Inspecting and documenting the condition of vault toilet buildings.

• Cleaning interior and exterior areas of vault toilet buildings.

• Servicing USFS owned portable toilets, including pumping, cleaning, and restocking consumables.

• Legally hauling and disposing of all collected effluent and debris at authorized facilities.

• Performing services in various locations including campgrounds, trailheads, staging areas, and administrative sites.

• Services must be performed safely and sanitarily.

• Work must not damage roads, entrances, structures, or adjacent vegetation.

• All disinfecting solutions must be approved by the COR.

• Vacuum trucks must arrive empty unless prior approval is granted.

• Trucks, hoses, tanks, or pumping equipment shall not be rinsed or cleaned on National Forest System lands.

• Reporting of deficiencies, including service dates and quantities of waste removed, within five (5) business days.

• The contract includes a base year with four option years, for a potential of up to five years.
