Scope of Work
The requirement covers vault toilet pumping, septic tank pumping, servicing USFS-owned portable toilets, cleaning/inspection of facilities, waste hauling and legal disposal, and emergency pumping (48-hour response). Services will support high-visibility recreation sites, remote districts, and winter-access areas across eight geographic zones in California. Contractors must be State-certified for wastewater handling and disposal, and provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel, as water and electricity are generally unavailable at service locations.
