Additional Notes

Restricted Access: All interested offerors must complete and return a Restricted Access Request (RAR) form and also submit an electronic request for access to the solicitation via SAM.gov to gain access to the requirement. The RAR form requires company details, interest type (Prime, JV, Other), and agreement to safeguard sensitive information. The submitting Point of Contact (POC) name must be identical in the RAR form and SAM.gov.
