Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the setup and tear-down services for the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy's (USMMA) 2026 Graduation ceremony. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary tools, labor, equipment, transportation, and supervision for these services, which will take place at various locations on the USMMA campus.
