Scope of Work
The USMMA seeks a qualified contractor to perform renovations and repairs at the Tomb Memorial Field Women's Locker Rooms in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Key renovation areas include:
- Entrance Hallway: Flooring, masonry, painting, HVAC, electrical, and miscellaneous work.
- Women's Locker Room: Flooring, locker replacement, masonry, painting, HVAC, electrical, and miscellaneous work.
- Visitors Locker Room: Flooring, locker replacement, masonry, painting, HVAC, and electrical work.
- Visitor Bathroom: Flooring, masonry, painting, HVAC, electrical, ceiling, and miscellaneous work.

The project also includes the purchase and installation of new lockers to match existing ones. Evaluation
Quotations will be evaluated based on the Highest Technically Rated with a Fair and Reasonable Price. Technical factors (Technical Approach, Technical Experience) are more important than Price. The Government will also assess past performance of similar size, scope, and complexity.

Offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration. The Davis-Bacon Act and DOL Wage Determination NY-20260012 MOD 2 are applicable.
