Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a two-volume proposal:
- Volume 1: Quote on company letterhead, including company name, logo, address, Point of Contact, contact information, and CAGE Code.
- Volume 2: Signed SF-1449 with pricing filled in for CLINS and required clauses (USMS-0004). All prospective offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. The government seeks additional discounts. Evaluation will follow a Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror.
