• The offeror agrees to hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the offer due date.

• The acquisition is set aside 100.00% for Small Business.

• Offerors must have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Various FAR clauses and agency-specific clauses are incorporated by reference, including those related to definitions, contractor employee rights, system for award management, terms and conditions for commercial items, small business set-asides, child labor, equal opportunity, combating trafficking in persons, payments, electronic funds transfer, disputes, government delay of work, termination for convenience, contractor privacy, security of department information, and maintaining contractor performance during emergencies.

• Electronic invoicing and payment will be processed through the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform System (IPP).
