Submission & Evaluation

- Volume 2: Signed SF-1449 with pricing filled in on CLINS and CLAUSE USMS-0004 completed.
Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offers will first be evaluated for technical acceptability against the Technical Specifications Document and solicitation instructions, then by price. The Government seeks additional discounts. The period for acceptance of offers is 60 calendar days.
