Evaluation

Submission Instructions & Eligibility
Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov and possess an active Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code. Proposals must be submitted in two volumes:
- Volume 1: Quote on company letterhead, including company name, logo, address, Point of Contact, contact info, and CAGE Code.
- Volume 2: Signed SF-1449 with pricing filled in on CLINS and Clause USMS-0004 completed.
The Government seeks additional discounts. Payment will be made via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
