This document is a Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for Government Technical Data. It outlines the terms and conditions under which an Offeror will be granted access to technical data related to USNS ROBERT F KENNEDY (T-AO 208).

• The Offeror agrees to use the provided data solely for preparing a proposal in response to solicitation N3220526R6051 and for performing the resulting contract if awarded.
• Restrictions on dissemination, export controls, and organizational controls for data access are detailed.
