Eligibility & Evaluation

- Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal offers the lowest evaluated price and for which non-price factors are rated Acceptable. Evaluation factors include Price, Technical (Understanding the Work Package, Ability to Perform, Management Control & Quality Assurance), and Past Performance.
- Liquidated Damages: $61,705.58 per calendar day for delay.
