Scope of Work
This solicitation covers two primary Contract Line Items (CLINs):
- CLIN 0001: Stern Crane Leveling Pad Replacement
- Replace two (2) 14"x6"x17" laminated white oak leveling pads on the fantail (Frames 111-113, Port/Starboard).
- Tasks include removing existing pads, fabricating and installing new ones using specified adhesive, caulking joints, and ensuring surrounding areas are cleaned and preserved.
- Requires the use of non-magnetic materials and adherence to NAVSEA drawing 180-6644669 Rev B.
- CLIN 0002: Leak Repair in Steering Gear Room (2-107-0-E)
- Repair water leakage in the steering gear room, believed to be caused by damage to the fantail deck.
- Procedures involve repairing cracks in the nonskid and GRP of the main deck, inspecting and repairing plywood, installing new GRP and nonskid, and performing interim repairs for planking joint separations using epoxy or spline pieces.

Eligibility & Evaluation

Offerors must demonstrate authorization to perform work in Japan and comply with DFARS 252.225-7042.
- Evaluation: Award will be based on the lowest total price from eligible MSRA/ABR holders. Technical acceptability is not an evaluation factor as offerors are pre-qualified. Offerors must quote on all items to be eligible.

Foreign currency offers will be converted to USD using a rate of JPY150.4415 per USD1.00.
