This document outlines the salient characteristics required for Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) equipment and installation. It serves as a technical specification to inform potential bidders about the necessary features and capabilities of the cameras to be procured.

Indoor Cameras Salient Characteristics:

• Video Quality: Minimum HDTV 1080p resolution.
• Wide Dynamic Range (WDR): Essential for handling varied lighting conditions.
• Day/Night Functionality: Automatic IR-cut filter for 24/7 operation.
• Field of View: Minimum 102° horizontal and 55° vertical.
• HDMI Output: For live video streaming to a public view monitor.
• Video Compression: Support for H.264, H.265, and Motion JPEG.
• Frame Rate: 25/30 frames per second.
• Storage: Capability to record to a Network-Attached Storage (NAS).
• Durability: IP42 rating for water/dust resistance and IK08 rating for impact resistance.

This document is critical for bidders to understand the minimum technical specifications for the CCTV equipment. Vendors must ensure their proposed solutions meet or exceed these salient characteristics to be considered compliant with the opportunity requirements. Sources Sought

This sources sought notice is issued by the 21st Contracting Squadron at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) for market research purposes, in accordance with FAR Part 10. The objective is to gather information from vendors capable of providing Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTVs) with specific salient characteristics, as detailed in Attachment 1. The results of this research will help determine the future procurement method.

Vendors are asked to confirm their ability to provide CCTVs meeting the characteristics in Attachment 1 and to provide installation services. Key questions include:

• Capability to meet CCTV salient characteristics.
• Ability to perform installation.
• Installer certifications (electrician, US citizen).
• CCTV integration capability with existing AXIS camera systems.
• Fastest delivery time to PSFB, CO after award.
• Suitability of NAICS code 334220 (Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,250 Employees, or if a different NAICS code is more appropriate.
• Required end-user certifications for equipment.
• Availability on pre-priced contract vehicles (schedule number required).
• Included warranty and extended warranty options.
