Quick Summary

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) and U.S. Space Command (USSPACECOM), is hosting an Informational Industry Day for the new USSPACECOM Headquarters (HQ) Command and Control Facility (C2F). This event, held in Huntsville, AL, serves as market research to engage industry partners for the management, design, and construction of a critical national security facility. Interested parties must RSVP by April 24, 2026, for the Industry Day on May 6, 2026.

Project Overview

USSPACECOM requires a permanent warfighting HQ C2F on Redstone Arsenal, AL, to support its critical national security mission. The facility is expected to accommodate approximately 1800 personnel within an estimated 700,000 SF across primary facilities, including a Visitor Control Center, vehicle inspection area, and secure data center. The HQ facility will feature stringent security for 24/7 operations.
