The contractor's service facility must be located within a 50-mile radius of Eielson AFB, with the Government responsible for vehicle delivery and pickup. Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotes via email to SSgt Alexis Grimes (alexis.grimes@us.af.mil) and Sarah O'Neil (sarah.oneil.1@us.af.mil) by May 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM PDT. The quotation package must include the filled-in Combo document and Pricing Schedule (Attachment 2). Evaluation will be a Subjective Trade-off, considering Price and Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) where SPRS is approximately equal to Price. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest-priced quote.
