Evaluation

Submission Requirements & Notes
Offerors must submit a completed SF1449 RFQ document, pricing for all line items, and complete Buy American Certificate and Place of Manufacture provisions. Acknowledgment of all amendments is mandatory. Amendment 0001 incorporated the clause AGAR 452.203-72, "Unenforceable Supplier Terms." Invoicing will be via the electronic Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
