Market research, including Sources Sought Notice PANORL-26-P-0000-026421, confirmed VirTra as the only source capable of meeting technical specifications without reverse-engineering.

This notice is not a solicitation. However, the Government will consider responses from firms that can clearly demonstrate their ability to meet all original OEM specifications without requiring reverse-engineering or causing unacceptable mission delays.
