Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure two (2) portable hearing test systems for V Corps Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion (HHBn).

• Provide a portable, automated solution for hearing tests and hearing protection fit tests, replacing traditional sound-proof booths and external audiometers.

• System must connect wirelessly to a control unit (e.g., tablet) for self-administered tests, with an intuitive user interface.

• Capable of manual test administration by qualified personnel.

• Support simultaneous testing of multiple individuals with single administrator monitoring.

• Test results must be exportable in PDF and CSV formats and stored securely.

• Average audiometric hearing test duration: 7-10 minutes.

• Hearing protection fit test duration: 3-5 minutes.

• High passive ambient noise attenuation, equivalent to or exceeding a single-wall sound booth, for environments up to 60 dBA.

• Capable of accurate audiometric testing in non-clinical environments without a sound booth.
