  • Enhancements: Target enhancements include BLR FastFin or equivalent, Dual Hydraulics, and Crash Resistant Fuel System.
  • Crew: Pilot-in-Command (PIC), Fuel Service Vehicle Driver(s), Relief PIC, Relief Fuel Service Vehicle Driver.
  • Equipment: One fuel service vehicle.
  • Operations: Must comply with FAA regulations, NWCG Standards for Helicopter Operations (NSHO), and Interagency Aviation Transport of Hazardous Material.
