This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award up to two (2) Single-Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment contracts for Exclusive Use (EU) Type III helicopter flight services.
