This solicitation is for Basic Life Support (BLS) and Specialty Care Transport (SCT) Ambulance Transport Services for eligible Veteran patients within the Department of Veterans Affairs, New Jersey Healthcare System. The services are required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

• Vehicles must be licensed and meet New Jersey Office of Emergency Medical Services requirements.

• Contractor must maintain 24/7 telephone and vehicle communication systems.

• Period of Performance: Base period from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with four (4) option periods.

This is a solicitation for Basic Life Support (BLS), Specialty Care Transport (SCT), and Critical Care Transport (CCT) Ambulance Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) New Jersey Healthcare System, East Orange and Lyons Campuses. The VA intends to award a single-award firm-fixed-price contract.

• Provide all required labor, material, equipment, and supervision for BLS, SCT, and/or CCT Ambulance Services.

• Services must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

• Contractor must conform to all Federal, State, and local regulations governing ambulance transport services, including Federal Department of Transportation Regulations at 49 CFR Part 391.11-391.13.
