Semi-truck access to the stockpile area is not feasible. Daily written tickets are required for accurate load counts.

Submission & Evaluation

- Technical Acceptability: Meeting SOW specifications, active SAM registration (no terminations), timely submission of all required documents, provision of licenses and equipment lists. Past performance will be assessed via FAPIIS/SAMs.
- Price: Evaluated for fairness and reasonableness.
