Scope of Work

- Strict Quality Assurance: Adherence to ISO-9001, ISO-10012, ANSI-Z540.3 with ISO-17025 (or MIL-I-45208 with MIL-STD-45662) quality systems. Government Quality Assurance at source is required.
- Material Certification & Traceability: Comprehensive chemical and mechanical analysis, with full traceability from material to certification test reports. Re-certification is required if material properties are altered during processing.
- Welding & Brazing: Procedures and qualification data must be submitted for review and approval prior to performing any welding or brazing.
- Thread Inspection: All threads must be inspected per FED-STD-H28 series, with internal threads formed by cutting only.
- Configuration Control: Contractor must maintain baseline configuration, submit waivers/deviations via ECDS, and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) for Class I/II changes.
