Evaluation
NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg will consider past performance in the evaluation of offers, in accordance with FAR 13.106(a)(2). Suppliers must provide and maintain an inspection/quality system acceptable to the Government, either in accordance with MIL-I-45208 or certified to ISO 9001/9002.
Additional Notes
This requirement is under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF). The resultant award will be issued bilaterally, requiring contractor acceptance.
