Key Requirements & Instructions
Offerors must provide an Estimated (EST) repair price for the full repair effort. After receipt of carcass(es), vendors will have 90 days to complete a Teardown & Evaluation (TD&E) and submit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote for the full repair. Quotes should include the cost of new material (actual or estimated) for evaluation purposes and specify any exceptions to solicitation requirements.
The repair price must encompass all costs associated with receipt and complete repair of material, including items in unwhole condition, missing hardware, or damaged parts. Offerors must provide:

- Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT) (Requested RTAT: 200 Days)

- Induction Expiration Date
Price reductions will be incurred for not meeting the required RTAT. If the offeror is not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), the OEM's name and CAGE must be stated, along with a signed letter of authorization as a distributor on the OEM's letterhead. Contractor is responsible for all inspection and testing per manufacturer's specifications, with records maintained for 365 days.
