Submission & Evaluation

- Products meeting the technical requirements outlined in the Bill of Materials and Attachment 4 – VHF Duplexer Specifications.
- Submission of an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) using VPAT Version 2.1 or later for each Information and Communication Technology (ICT) item offered, as detailed in Attachment 3 – ICT Accessibility Requirements Statement.
- Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price among quotes meeting or exceeding acceptability standards for non-cost factors. Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days.
