Evaluation
New quote submissions must meet all Acceptability Pass/Fail requirements and will be evaluated using the same evaluation factors and sub-factors as the original solicitation. Any resulting new IBPAs will be identical in terms, conditions, and period of performance to the original awards.
Additional Notes
This Onboarding period is not a new procurement action but an amendment to the original solicitation. It runs concurrently with the USFS Contracting Officer’s annual IBPA review, known as the “Rollover” modification process. Newly awarded Contractors or resources will be eligible for dispatch and BPA Calls after the Onboarding and annual review processes are complete.
