Evaluation
New quote submissions must meet all Acceptability Pass/Fail requirements and will be evaluated using the same evaluation factors and sub-factors as the original solicitation. Any resulting new I BPA awards will be identical in terms, conditions, and period of performance to the original agreements.
Additional Notes
This Onboarding is an amendment to the original solicitation and not a new procurement action. It runs concurrently with the USFS Contracting Officer’s annual I BPA review ("Rollover"). While industry feedback will be reviewed, significant changes to evaluation factors or contract terms are not anticipated. Newly awarded contractors or accepted resources will be eligible for dispatch and BPA Calls after the Onboarding and Rollover processes are complete.
