• Quotations must be received by 06/10/2026.

• Submit quotations to jmangis@anl.gov.

• Offerors must furnish a published price list or a redacted invoice to prove price reasonableness.

• Include lead time in days from receipt of order.

• Confirm country of origin.

• If shipping internationally, confirm ship from location and HTS code.

• Tariff charges must be included in the unit price; separate line items for tariffs are not allowed.

• Confirm lead time.

• Indicate any available discounts for DOE or if the order falls under GSA contract pricing (include contract # and expiration date if applicable).

• Bidders must sign and return page one of the RFQ (ANL-70) and complete and return the Representations and Certifications (ANL-70B).
