This requirement supports the 309th Software Directorate's Visual Threat Recognition and Avoidance Trainer (VTRAT) program by integrating realistic simulation mapping with Unreal Engine. Proposals are due April 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM Local Time.
Scope of Work
This 5-year IDIQ contract will procure Blackshark.ai's commercial products, including:

- SYNTH3D Simulator Runtime Licenses (permanent)
- SYNTH3D Low Resolution Globe (permanent)
- SYNTH3D High Resolution 3D Content (2,000 sqkm, permanent)
These products are essential for redeveloping the VTRAT flight simulators' graphic system, enabling the creation of highly realistic terrain representations for various real-world locations.
