This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services for portable A/C rental. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Boston Healthcare System, Brockton Division requires portable air conditioner rental services.

• Lease of portable air conditioner units with heat capability (2 x 25-ton units, 480V 3PH 72KW per unit).

• Provision of duct connections and associated temp wire connections.

• All labor, materials, tools, and special equipment for delivery, setup, and take-down.

Amendment / Modification

Addendum to FAR 52.212-1:
