• An Industry Day is scheduled for March 11, 2026. Interested parties must RSVP by March 3, 2026.

• Offers are due by May 27, 2026, 11:00 am CDT.

• Evaluation factors: Technical Acceptability, Past Performance, and Price. Technical and past performance are significantly more important than price.

• This acquisition is unrestricted (Full and Open Competition).

• Vendor must be an authorized distributor.

• The solicitation incorporates FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 by reference. FAR 52.212-3 and 52.212-5 are attached.

• Delivery is FOB Destination to multiple VISN 15 facilities.

• All equipment must be FDA approved 510(k) clearance and compatible with VA’s Endoscopic Information System (EIS), ProVation MD.

• Latest technology available, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, is required.

• High-performance video filters for enhanced visualization are necessary.

• Full service and maintenance agreement required, including OEM parts, prioritized repairs (24-48 hour turnaround), and loaner equipment.

• Equipment must be compatible with facility cleaning and low-temperature sterilization processes.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ)

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Scope Leasing and Service Contract for VISN 15.
