Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide non-personnel services for the South Grand Prairie High School Task Force Lone Star JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Camp for 130 Cadets and 30 Cadre from June 8-11, 2026. The objective is to offer Cadets opportunities to test leadership skills, participate in citizenship building, interact with peers from other JROTC units, and learn military-type skills in a hands-on environment, including adventure training.
