Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary for the 181st Pre-Mob Yellow Ribbon event for the Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG).

• Provide conference/general session space to seat 640 people, including tables for handouts, a podium, an American flag, audio-visual equipment (microphones, speakers, projectors), internet connectivity, and a water station. This space may also serve as a dining area.

• Provide two childcare break-out rooms with specific seating arrangements (20 in one, 15 in another with open space), in-room or nearby lavatories, televisions, and tables/chairs for registration. Rooms must have wireless internet.

• Create a lobby/vendor space for 25 vendors, each with a table, two chairs, and a water station. This area requires wireless internet for at least 40 computers.

• Provide lunch on July 12, 2026, for 640 people, offering multiple box lunch options (e.g., ham/turkey/veg sandwiches, chips, cookies, beverages). Peanut-derived ingredients are prohibited.

• Provide linen tablecloths for dining tables and servers for beverage refreshment and dish removal during meals.

• Conference rooms must be available and meet PWS standards (98% AQL).

• Meals must be delivered on time and hot (98% AQL).
